Grillihiiliä 1970-luvun taloon - Barbecue charcoal to the 1970s house

Varastoissani on lukuisia miniprinttejä koottavaksi. Tällä kertaa kasasin viime Nukkekoti-lehdessä ilmestyneen grillihiilisäkin. Hiiliä piti tietenkin saada; niitä tein valkoisista helmista (kuva alla) maalaamalla ne ensin mustiksi. Kun väri oli kuivunut, lisäsin hieman liimaa jokaiseen helmeen ja raaputin mustaa pastelliväriä päälle antamaan rosoisuutta.

Täytin säkin alaosan pumpulilla ja päällimmäiseksi avoimeen säkkiin lisäsin hiilet. Yksi hiili näyttää pudonneen myös nurmikolle.

Grilli hiilineen löytyy 1970-luvun talon pihalta.

I have quite a few prints waiting to be put together in my stash. This bag of barbecue charcoal was one of them. I also wanted to add actual charcoal inside the bag and found these beads that worked well. I first painted them in black, and after having dried, I added a drop of glue on them and grated some black pastel color on top for a more realistic look.

I filled the bottom of the bag with some cotton and added the charcoal to the very top, leaving the bag open. One piece is also on the ground.

The barbecue and the charcoal are in my 1970s house.
