Tarkoituksena oli vain koristella joulukalenteriswapista saatu kuusi mutta inspiroiduinkin tekemään jouluisen näkymän. Muutama lähikuva kuusesta ja enkelistä täällä.
My intention was to decorate the Christmas tree I received in the advent calendar swap (see my post below) but then got an inspiration to make a small "roombox". There are two more closeups available here.
The title of my post refers to a hymn often sung during Christmas, also elsewhere than churches. In Finnish it says "The angel from heaven declared". The hymn was originally written by Martin Luther (German) as early as in 1535. You can listen to it on youtube where a full English translation is also available.
