Vasemmalla istuu ensimmäinen 1:18 skaalan itsetehty nukke - et varmaan arvannutkaan?!?. Ei tullut ekakertalaiselle Helmeä... suhteet ovat ihan vähän pielessä, mm. pää on aivan liian iso eikä sitä pienennä massiivinen nuttura, vaikka nuken kokonaispituus on kohdillaan: 9 cm nukke olisi 162 cm pitkä nainen oikeassa elämässä. Iho on myös liian sileä vanhaksi naiseksi.
Olisko tämä vaikka Taimi sillä epäonnistumisesta huolimatta en aio jättää nukentekoa tähän. Seuraavalla kerralla voisin saada aikaan vaikka Tertun; tavoitteena on tietysti Helmi tai Unelma.
Taimin vieressä istuu teollisesti valmistettu Lundby-nukke, Varma, Varman kahvilan omistaja. Kokoa nukella on 10 cm eli oikeassa elämässä 180 cm pitkä nainen. Ei ehkä ihan tavallista sekään...
Yes, this is my first doll in scale 1:18. She didn't turn out to be a jewel in the crown but nevertheless, I managed to put her together, give her hair and dress her. Yes, her head is way too big for the scale although her height is quite correct: a 9 cm doll would be a 162 cm tall woman in real life. For an old woman, she also has incredibly smooth skin.
The other doll on the right is an industrially manufactured Lundby-doll in the same scale. She is a 10 cm doll and in real life she'd be 180 cm tall woman. Some of the Swedes are really tall but c'mon, 180 cm...
Despite this failure, I'm not discouraged. I will make another and better doll in the near future. Wish me luck!
