Pönttöuuni - A brick stove covered in sheet metal

Pönttöuuni

Rintamamiestaloon, 1:18. Lähikuva "palavasta puusta täällä".

This was typical heat source for houses before radiators. It was made of brick on the inside and covered in painted sheet metal on the outside. You'd burn wood inside the stove. These are still today in production and can be installed into a house as an additional heat source.
This 1:18 sized stove will go into the lounge of my "typical-house-built-after-WW2". Take a closer look at the "wood burning in the stove here".
